This is for the information of all the applicants who are appearing Orissa JEE-2010 that the applicants who are appearing their qualifying examination in 2010 should fill up the four boxes in item No. 10 of the OMR Application form “as

only”. They need not darken the circles appearing below the corresponding boxes of item No.10 of the OMR Application form.
Candidates having year of qualifying examinations other than 2010 may fill up the boxes along with darkening of appropriate circles.
